The Good

This company is targeting only business clients. They leave grandmas and family plans for everyone else. Covideo is a full service business oriented company. They offer a 10 day, free, limited trial. Their features include, unlimited video mail recording, 11 person live video chat, live person feature video chat and text chat on your website. I like the 11 person at one time video chat feature because only one user needs to have an account with Covideo to make it work. So you can invite 10 people to a video meeting and none of the guests have to be subscribers. All other services require that each person be a paid subscriber. One of the many features they include is custom skins for your video player. Something almost nobody does. And of course they offer the three big features I like most, again those are disable the video, video watched notification, custom graphics around the video player any way you want it (business style). They are targeting businesses looking for better customer retention, and relationship building. Covideo is looking at the long range plan, and going for it from the start. Business packages start out at $95 per month, They're open to suggestions for a fee if you want to add features into your system.

The Bad

The cost is not for casual users or users who think maybe they will try this technology out. This service is for power users only. The trial demo account does not give you full use of all the features. They have some technical issues to work out. Even for the business community they are over priced.
